	The Gazebo For couples that are looking for outdoor ceremonies, our picturesque gazebo offers couples a garden setting with a view. Our gazebo offers an aura of romance and stunning wedding pictures.
	The Tent Events in our Tent are offered from mid-May through mid-October. It can accommodate up to 200 guests for a sit down plated meal or 250 for a standing reception. Your guests will dine under the starry lights and enjoy the beautiful coastal breeze.
	Bay Ballroom With beautiful ocean views, the sun filled Ballroom is the perfect setting to accommodate a seated meal for up to 80 guests or a standing reception for 100. This versatile space can also be used in conjunction with the Cliff Room on Monday and Tuesdays in season and in the off season.
	The Cliff House Your home away from home with all the amenities of a sweet beach cottage! The Card Room, Board Room, Fireplace Lounge, Kitchen and outside patio are all included in the rental. Like your home, The Cliff House has an intimate feeling, while keeping the mess and the stress out of YOUR house! The Cliff House has a max capacity of 50 guests. Seating for 32 is available indoors, and patio furniture is provided in-season. Soft seating is also available in the Fireplace Lounge for your guests.
