Private oceanfront resort community comprised of 358 units, 6 separately maintained condo associations and 13 single family homes. Country Club and community amenities include access to Golf, Indoor Pool, Beach, Tennis, Fitness Facility, Dining and Member Social Events.

	Ownership is Membership Resident Owners are required to be members in our private club. As an owner, you and your family have access to all Club amenities.  Condominium owners pay monthly Association fees (H.O.A.) for their unit and as a convenience, Country Club Dues and Fees are billed separately and payable monthly to the Club. Our Resident Members appreciate having Annual Club Dues & Fees spread over twelve months rather than being billed in one lump sum at the beginning of the year like most private clubs.
	Buying We do not have a Real Estate office on site at White Cliffs Country Club. We highlight listings as submitted by real estate agents as a courtesy for informational purposes only. Please contact a local real estate agent to view any listings. All 345 condominium owners at White Cliffs are billed two sets of monthly fees: 1) White Cliffs Country Club Dues and Fees, and 2) H.O.A. fee billed by the individual condominium association's management company. They are separate entities. The H.O.A. fee does not apply to the 13 Single Family Homes on site, just the Country Club Fee.

	Leasing If you are interested in leasing here at White Cliffs Country Club, please contact a local real estate agent. No unit may be leased for periods of less than four (4) weeks each. No unit may be leased more than two (2) times within any twelve (12) month period. All Lessors and Lessees must use the WCCA Standard Lease Agreement. A transfer fee must be paid to White Cliffs Community Association prior to occupancy by lessee. No “Time Sharing Plan” shall be permitted.
